Innocent Steps: A Good Step for Moon Geun Yeong

I knew Moon Geun Yeong for the first time from her role in My Little Bride (2003). In that movie she acted impressively as a 16 years old girl. She had to married with a college boy who treated her as a sister since they were children. Both of them acted very naturally like a real young couple.

In Innocent Steps (2005), Geun Yeong played as a young woman came from China. Her name is Chae-Rin. She came to Seoul for replacing her sister in order to join dance competition. Then, she met Young-sae. He was one of the good dancers in Korea before being cheated by his rival in a dance competition. So, after this accident, his legs broken and his life was ruined.

Young-sae taught Chae-rin how to dance. On this way, she was getting to fall in love with him. After learning to dance for several times, Chae-rin could prove to Young-sae that she can be a good dancer. Finally, indeed, she could be a winner in the dance competition.

If you have seen Geun Yeong's movies before, you can find the differences of her acting on each. It means that she should be considered as an artist with a strong character in the future. I'm very impressed, especially in way of her dancing and acting naturally like a real dancer. I think she is a good talented actress.
